My name is Minku Han, and I’m passionate about using design to solve problems and make a positive impact on people’s lives. I believe that even small changes can improve everyday moments and create meaningful differences.
My approach to design starts with asking “why.” I believe strong design goes beyond visuals. It requires a deep understanding of both business goals and user needs. By stepping into the user’s perspective, I create work that is functional, intuitive, and meaningful. Whether I’m refining a brand identity or developing marketing materials, I bring empathy, curiosity, and a problem-solving mindset to every project.
Currently, I'm proud to working as a Marketing Assoicate at NIC Systems, providing design solutions to promote ERP solutions that empower businesses. Before this, I worked as a Lead Designer at Rent Panda, where I helped to change the way people rent homes.
For my academic background, I studied Global Business and Digital Arts and earned my degree at the University of Waterloo. Through the program, I developed a foundation in user-centric design, collaboration, and working in team-driven, feedback-oriented environments.
I’m always eager to take on new projects, learn along the way, and keep growing as a designer. If you’d like to connect or collaborate on something interesting, feel free to reach out. I’d love to work together.
